Evan’s Lazy Chili
The simplest chili recipe you’re ever going to find. This recipe requites no cooking skill, no prior slowcooker experience, and canned ingredients you can find at any grocery store.
Petite Diced Tomatoes
Examples: Garlic & Olive Oil, Mexican Fiesta, Green Chilies
Corn w/ Diced Red & Green Bell Peppers
Your Favorite Hot Sauce
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Empty the contents of all of the cans in to your slow cooker, straining the liquid from everything except the chili beans.
Add the brown sugar.
Mix it all together.
Set to low for 6 hours.
If you want meat in your chili, brown it, strain it, dump it in, and mix it up.
After a few hours, taste it. If need be, kick it up a notch with some additional chili powder or your favorite hot sauce.
That’s it! Easy, right? Serve over pasta, with crackers, or however else you like your chili.
