Healthy Homemade Sesame Chicken
At virtually any Chinese restaurant, the phrase “healthy sesame chicken” would be nothing short of an oxymoron. As it turns out, though, when you get rid of the breading and frying, it isn’t so bad for you. It obviously lacks the crunch that you’d get from its fried counterpart, but this dish is surprisingly easy and delicious.
