Salsa Pulled Chicken
This favorite always goes over well in my house, and it couldn’t possibly be easier to make. We normally use it for tacos, but it would also be fantastic on a bun. How spicy it is and the exact flavor will depend on the salsa you use, so make sure to choose one you like.
Instructions
- Put the chicken breasts in your crock pot.
- Dump the jar of salsa over the chicken.
- Give it a quick stir.
- Set your crock pot on high for 4 hours or low for 6.
- When you think the chicken is done cooking, stick a fork in it. If it falls apart, grab another fork and pull it all apart right in the crock pot, mixing it up with the liquid in the crock pot.
- That's it! You're done!
